You can pay securely via our website with a Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express)
or with PayPal (you can use your bank account with this method as well). You are charged immediately
upon placing your order on our website.

We ship all over the world!

How do I obtain a shipping quote?
Enter the items you would like to order and go to the checkout page where you can enter your shipping
address. You will see the shipping quote before entering any payment information.
International orders: Customer is responsible for all import charges due during delivery. If the customer
does not accept delivery of their International order, we will be unable to issue a refund.
Orders placed after 2pm Mountain Standard time will be processed the next business day
Blank Items: Delivery Time is Approximately 5-7 business days
Imprinted Clickers: Production time is 7-10 business days from time of proof approval on orders up to
500 qty - plus 3-5 business days shipping for U.S. orders or 5-7 business days for International orders.
Orders of 500+qty MAY require additional production time
Imprinted Bags: Production time is 7-15 business days from time of proof approval on orders up to 500
qty - plus 3-5 business days shipping for U.S. orders or 5-7 business days for International orders. Orders
of 100+qty MAY require additional production time

What if I need to rush my order?
Need your order sooner than normal production/shipping times?
You can choose an expedited shipping method, and/or you can advise in the comments box: RUSH
ORDER on the check out page (below the PayPal/Credit Card check boxes)
There is a $25 rush charge. This charge will not be processed until customer service has reviewed your
order and can guarantee delivery by your required date. You will be contacted to confirm delivery date
and ok to process rush charge.
You will receive an email confirming your order has shipped along with the tracking number.
Is there a setup fee for imprinted items?
There is a One-Time $30 setup fee per imprinted product.
Is there a minimum quantity to order Imprinted Items?
Each imprinted item has a specific minimum quantity required to order per imprint design. To find out
what the minimum quantity for a specific item is simply select which item you want to order and look next
to the PRICE. It will show the Price and Minimum Quantity required.
How do I provide the artwork for my order?
You can upload your artwork when entering your order on the item page there is a section :

What kind of format do you require for the imprint?
.ai or .eps or .pdf files work the best but most any format works.
Please provide us with whatever file you have and if there is an issue, we will advise.
What is Vector Art?
Artwork that is created in a vector based program - .ai (Adobe Illustrator) or CorelDRAW - copy and
pasting a low resolution image into these programs does not make it Vector Art. 
What if I don't have vector art?
Select Redraw Artwork into Vector to pay $20.00 to turn your non-vector artwork into vector art.
Not sure if you art work file is vector? Place your order without selecting Redraw and we will advise you if
there will be an art charge required.
Yes! You will always receive a proof 1-3 business days from the time of order date.
We will not start production on your order until you approve the proof.
Please make sure to inspect the proof very carefully and advise of any changes you would like, we will
send a re-proof for your approval.
*The Clicker Company cannot be responsible for misprint information due to customer error once an order
has been approved*
If you have placed an order with us in the past but are new to the website, Welcome! You may need to
setup a new account to log in but we still have your artwork on file!

When re-ordering make sure to select RE-ORDER on the Setup Fee drop down box to avoid the setup
fee, and mention your previous order number or if you don't have this available simply reference your
company name.
If I have ordered before and have a new imprint design or ne
ed to make a change to the previous imprint, do I have to pay a new setup fee?
Yes, you will need to pay a new setup fee for any new imprint.
Do I have to pay a setup fee for each product?
Yes, a new plate has to be made specific to each product.
There may be a service charge of $15-30 to cancel a placed order
There may be a 20% restocking fee to cancel a placed order
